I’m a Master Personal Trainer that has been involved with fitness and nutrition for over ten years. My National Certifications include NASM CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer), NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), NASM PES (Performance Exercise Specialist), TRX Certification, Global Institute of Alternative Medicine Nutritional Consultant Certification as well as AED and CPR certified through the American Red Cross. I’m committed to obtaining results and seeing transformations in my clients by personalizing each program to fit each individuals’ life style, fitness goals, needs or limitations, and by focusing on healthy lifestyle changes. By incorporating the key components of fitness, I will help you obtain your goal effectively by tailoring a program to fit your needs.
Our Training Packages
Our General Rules
DurationSessions are 50 – 60 minutes approximately.
RefundsNo refunds or credits will be awarded once package has been purchased.
TransferabilitySessions or packages are not transferable.
CancellationsCancellations and/or rescheduling of sessions must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
PaymentsPayment must be made in full prior to first session.
PunctualityTraining sessions shall start upon agreed time. If for any reason, client is late, the remaining time shall constitute the training “session”.
EmergenciesIn case of emergency 911 will be called.
Monthly CommitmentMonthly commitment packages begin on the date of the first session and will end on the same date of the following month.
